Tender Commences

Once the quote is accepted, we require an initial deposit to be paid. When this is received, we lock in a time for an initial meeting which then sets the basis for the process moving forward.

How do you price?


Fixed Pricing

Unless otherwise agreed, we quote based on a fixed price range which allows enough flexibility to prevent over-costing. It also gives the client peace of mind in respect to the cost involved. Get an indication of pricing or better yet, get a quote instead.

 

Commission

We do not currently charge a commission or win-bonus on tenders. If you'd prefer to incorporate a commission into the pricing structure, we are happy to discuss this on a case by case basis.

 

Retainer

A retainer relates to the engagement of our services on a routine basis, at an agreed value. If you engage tenders regularly, we offer an attractive discount for retainer contracts. Find out more here.

 

Finance Options

We are flexible and happy to discuss various payment arrangements. This includes finance options and mixed payment arrangements.

Can you manage urgent tenders?

Tendered are happy to evaluate your tender to determine whether or not we are able to achieve the deadline. In the past, we have managed to submit tenders with as little as 24 hours notice.

In the event of an urgent tender, please contact us immediately and make the deadline known.

How long does the quoting process take?

You should have a quote back within 24 hours. For urgent tenders, please ensure the deadline is known and we will expedite the process. Get a quote here.

Do you have experience in my industry?

We are experts in tender writing. As a result, it's our job to draw from the knowledge and industry experience of your team in order to generate a quality returnable.

Therefore, whilst we have experience in a wide range of industries, we do not require industry knowledge to develop a winning bid.

Do you have testimonials or sample work?

Due to the highly sensitive nature of our work, we don't give out client documentation as evidence of our capacity. 

 

Our client's privacy is one of our highest priorities and we therefore choose not to display details of our client base.

 

If you require testimonials, we can provide pre-approved references on request.

We are based in Brisbane, Australia. We do, however, have clients throughout every state and territory of Australia. As a cloud based operation, we can seamlessly operate across any geography including regional, remote, or overseas operations (provided the client has access to phone and/or internet services). 

 

Travel & In-Person Meetings

We travel frequently and are happy to meet any in-person requirements the client may have. Travel may incur additional costs in the event we cannot align the client's schedule with our pre-existing travel schedule.

 

Use of Overseas Labour

We do not outsource, nor do we intend on outsourcing, any writing or design services overseas. Our service is entirely Australia based.
